The Dixon RTT is a progressive, three-year residency program for family physicians-in-training who are deeply committed to establishing a Family Medicine career in a rural setting. Established in 2004, the program is an affiliate of the University of Illinois College of Medicine at Rockford, and community-based OSF Saint Katharine in Dixon.
We accept applications exclusively through the Electronic Residency Application Service (ERAS). The deadline for applications is November 30th, but earlier submission is encouraged.
Minimum criteria:
All applications will go through our screening process. Meeting our minimum criteria will allow the application to be reviewed by our faculty. Interviews are granted based on the entire application, not on meeting our minimum criteria.
Interviews will be conducted each year from mid-October through January for the Main Residency Match.
We sponsor J-1 visas.
