Looking for a residency that’s hands-on, mission-driven, and sets you up to make a real difference? Since 1974, the Medical College of Georgia’s Family Medicine Residency Program has been training physicians to do just that. You’ll train in a program that blends exceptional clinical experiences with a supportive, team-based learning environment. From your first day, you’ll care for patients across the lifespan in our Family Medicine Clinic in Augusta and rotate through unique settings; the region’s only academic medical center, the Children’s Hospital of Georgia, and even rural and community practices. You’ll have opportunities to grow your skills in sports medicine, lifestyle and integrative medicine, geriatrics, OB, ultrasound, and more. Our mission is simple: to prepare compassionate, competent physicians who lead with purpose and serve with heart. You’ll be mentored by faculty who are invested in you—not just as a resident, but as a future leader in family medicine.
