General Surgery Residency

Our General Surgery Residency program provides extensive clinical training in both elective and emergency surgery, focusing on advanced techniques and patient-centered care. Residents gain hands-on experience in abdominal surgery, trauma care, vascular surgery, and oncology, preparing them for a successful career as skilled surgeons in diverse healthcare settings.

Curriculum

Our surgical residents will be exposed early to the operating room with the advantage of not competing with fellows or chief residents for surgery. General surgery residents participate in a comprehensive didactic program and experience broad range of pathology. They will also be able to experience simulation training in our new SIM lab.
