Overview:
We are seeking a Board Certified/Eligible Hospitalist to join a respected and collaborative hospital team in New Haven, Connecticut. This is a full-time, permanent inpatient position with a focus on high-quality, patient-centered care. Recent residency graduates are encouraged to apply.

Job Setting:
Work in a modern, fully staffed acute care hospital with 24/7 support from specialists, advanced practice providers, and nursing teams. The facility features advanced EMR integration, diagnostic capabilities, and a patient-centered approach to inpatient care.

Key Responsibilities:
• Provide comprehensive inpatient care to patients
• Perform daily rounding, admissions, and discharge planning
• Collaborate with specialists, case management, and nursing to ensure continuity of care
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and hospital committees
• Maintain accurate and timely documentation in the EMR system

Requirements:
• MD or DO degree
• Board Certified/Eligible in Internal Medicine or Family Medicine
• Active or eligible Connecticut medical license
• Strong clinical judgment, time management, and communication skills
• Experience in hospital medicine preferred but not required
