About the Role – Standardized Patient Overview
Standardized Patients portray scripted medical scenarios so students can practice communication, physical exams, and clinical reasoning. You’ll bring cases to life with consistency and authenticity, participate in studentâled encounters, and provide constructive feedback. This is a flexible, asâneeded position with hours that vary by semester.

You will train on scripted cases, participate in physical exams, occasionally portray emotionally sensitive scenarios, wear simulated patient attire, and complete evaluations. A confidentiality and consent agreement is required.
