Are you a registered nurse graduate seeking a dynamic and enriching RN residency program? Our RN Residency Program is a 12-month program that includes clinical experiences with didactic education, simulations, and individualized support from experienced nurse educators. This support will prepare and nurture novice nurses to provide excellent care for our community's patients.

What can you expect?
The RN will be hired into the Jefferson Healthcare New Graduate RN Residency Program and is required to fulfill all training and education within this program.
The New Graduate Acute Care Unit RN is responsible for providing nursing care adapted to the individual patient needs based on the nursing process which includes assessment, planning, implementation, and evaluation. They promote continuity of care to ensure that patient needs and expected outcomes are met. As a member of the team, an RN must be comfortable delegating and supervising support nursing staff who participates in the provision of care.
