HCA San Antonio has an opening for an Internal Medicine Residency Program Director at Methodist Healthcare System in San Antonio, TX. • Candidates with recent scholarly activity, such as peer-reviewed funding, publication of original research or review articles in peer-reviewed journals, textbook chapters, publication or presentation of case reports or clinical series at scientific society meetings, or involvement in national committees or educational organizations, are strongly encouraged to apply.

Position Highlights

• Qualified Candidates:
• • Must have or be able to obtain a Texas medical license
• • Minimum of 3 years of faculty teaching experience in an ACGME accredited Internal Medicine Residency Program is required
• • Must possess at least 3 years of prior GME administrative experience
• • Strong administrative and team building skills
• • Demonstrates excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• • Willingness to integrate administrative duties with diagnostic teaching responsibilities
