The Susan D. Flynn Oncology Nursing Fellowship is designed to help stimulate career interest and foster the professional development of potential pediatric oncology nurses. The purpose of the Fellowship is to provide aspiring nurses with comprehensive clinical exposure to oncology nursing and to best practices in compassionate care. This enriching experience will also involve classroom time, including weekly Lunch and Learn educational sessions. Fellows will be provided the opportunity to participate in shadow days observing oncology related nursing roles across the full continuum of cancer care.
Under the direct supervision of an RN, the Flynn Fellow participates in the delivery of nursing care to patients. This position exists within the content of a time-limited student experience. Works within the Clinical Nursing area in a support role, assisting nursing staff in the provision of care to pediatric patients and their families.
The program is open to students enrolled in an RN nursing program and must be within 12 months of graduation by the start of the program.

$1.00 - $18.00 HourlySalary ranges are shown for full-time jobs. If you're working part-time, your pay will be adjusted accordingly.
