"Thank you for your interest in Riverside Community Hospital Transitional Year Residency.

Our program is an ACGME accredited one year program with 20 positions. We offer a very flexible curriculum with a total of five blocks of elective which will allow you to personalize the program to your educational needs. This flexibility will serve as a launching point for your medical career as you transition into an advanced categorical residency. You will have the opportunity to work alongside residents and faculty from the ACGME approved programs in Anesthesia, Emergency Medicine, Family Medicine, General Surgery, Internal Medicine, Neurology, and Radiology.

What is truly unique about our program is our culture of wellness. This translates into a highly collegial environment with an emphasis on resident wellness. We anticipate our residents will be able to meet both their personal and educational goals in this environment.     • 1 block Flex rotation (Choose Wards, Surgery, or ICU)
    • 0.5 blocks of night float

    • 0.5 block peds emergency medicine
